Pengaruh BlackBerry Terhadap Prilaku Konsumen

Pada saat ini pengguna BlackBerry di Indonesia bertambah banyak. Bisa kita liat selama periode 2007-2008 pengguna BlackBerry melonjak sampai 200%. Para pengguna Balckberry juga bervariasi, mulai dari kalangan dewasa, hingga anak remaja juga memakainya tapi hanya kalangan atas saja yang memakai BlackBerry. Jumlah pengguna BlackBerry hingga kuartal 4 tahun ini yang ditutup 28 Februari 2009, ada sekitar 25 juta orang di seluruh dunia. Untuk kuartal 4 saja, pelanggan di perkirakan mencapai 3,9 juta orang. Para konsumen yang memakai BlackBerry 80% lebih suka mengakses facebook atau pesan singkat lainnya. Selain untuk mengakses facebook BlackBerry juga mempunyai berbagai fitur lain yang tidak dimiliki oleh handphone yang ada sekarang.
Meskipun harga BlackBerry terbilang cukup mahal tapi para konsumen ingin memiliki handphone tersebut. Maka konsumen juga menginginkan harga BlackBerry bisa turun agar untuk konsumen kalangan menengah bawah bisa merasakan handphone canggih tersebut.

Bukan saja menyebabkan berat badan gampang naik, tapi juga risiko terkena stroke sangat tinggi, khususnya pada wanita. Anda mungkin sudah paham makanan tinggi lemak bisa menyebabkan timbulnya penyempitan pembuluh darah yang beresiko penyakit jantung. Studi terbaru yang dilakukan terhadap 87.230 responden menyebutkan risiko stroke 44 persen lebih tinggi pada mereka yang hobi menyantap makanan berlemak. "Risiko kesehatan yang besar ini sebenarnya bisa dicegah. Harus dipahami, bahwa yang buruk untuk jantung juga buruk untuk otak," kata Dr.Emil Matarese, ahli stroke dari St.Mary Medical Center, Amerika Serikat.Sebelum memasuki masa menopause, sebenarnya risiko wanita untuk terkena stroke lebih rendah daripada pria. Namun di usia menopause, risikonya menjadi sama. Karena itu wanita yang berusia di atas 50 tahun disarankan untuk mengurangi asupan makanan tinggi lemak. Penelitian menunjukkan, risiko stroke pada wanita yang hobi makan makanan mengandung lemak jenuh, seperti margarin, gorengan, kue dan camilan manis, 30 persen lebih tinggi. Yang juga perlu diperhatikan adalah mewaspadai lemak yang tersembunyi pada makanan. "Biasakan untuk membaca tabel kemasan dan perhatikan porsi makanan yang diasup. Hal-hal sederhana seperti ini, terlebih bila menghindari makanan yang digoreng, sangat menguntungkan kesehatan wanita yang sudah menopause.

Tips Bepergian dengan Anak Autis

Anak penderita autisme menyukai hal-hal yang rutin dan terstruktur. Karena itu, bepergian berarti mengganggu rutinitas mereka. Tak heran bila banyak orangtua yang memiliki anak autis menghindari acara bepergian. Padahal, dengan tips berikut, orangtua tetap bisa mengajak anak autis melakukan perjalanan jauh untuk liburan.

1. Jelaskan tempat tujuan sebelum bepergian, jelaskan kepada anak tentang tempat tujuan yang akan didatangi. Demikian saran dari Daniel Openden, Direktur Southwest Autism Research and Resource Center, Phoenix, AS. "Tunjukkan foto atau film mengenai lokasi yang akan dikunjungi. Ceritakan pula alasan datang ke tempat tersebut dan kegiatan yang akan dilakukan di sana," katanya.

2. Bepergian dengan pesawatJelaskan kepada awak pesawat mengenai kondisi anak Anda. Untuk mengusir rasa bosan di dalam pesawat, siapkan buku atau mainan untuk anak. Bawalah permen, terutama bila Anak tidak bisa berkomunikasi verbal dan tidak bisa mengungkapkan bila telinganya berdengung.

3. MenginapBerencana untuk menginap di hotel selama liburan? Anda bisa mulai mengajarkan anak untuk menginap di tempat lain, bisa di rumah kerabat atau hotel di kota untuk satu malam agar anak terbiasa dengan suasana tidur yang lain. Daging Bikin Darah Tinggi?

Banyak orang mengerti dan menyadari, pengaturan pola hidup dan pola makan sangat berpengaruh pada kesehatan. Namun ternyata, banyak yang masih termakan mitos kesehatan yang tak jarang menyesatkan. Alih-alih mendatangkan kesembuhan, malah menjerumuskan. Salah satu mitos yang dipercayai adalah makan daging akan menyebabkan darah tinggi. Memang darah tinggi merupakan penyebab utama penyakit jantung dan berbagai penyakit lainnya. Hipertensi membuat jantung bekerja lebih keras, dinding arteri jadi kaku, terbentuknya plak arterosklerosis yang dapat mengakibatkan penyumbatan pembuluh darah. Dalam jangka panjang hipertensi menyebabkan payah jantung, serangan jantung, sumbatan pada pembuluh darah otak (stroke).Menurut penjelasan dr.Handarawan Nadesul, bukan daging yang menyebabkan darah tinggi, melainkan garam dapur. "Garam dapurlah yang harus dimusuhi keluarga, terlebih bila ada yang berbakat turunan darah tinggi," katanya.Dia menambahkan, mengonsumsi daging secukupnya, bukan saja dianjurkan, melainkan diperlukan. Daging mengandung sejumlah zat gizi penting, selain asam amino yang dibutuhkan untuk memelihara sel dan organ tubuh. "Sekali dua kali dalam seminggu mengonsumsi daging, masih dinilai layak. Begitu juga dengan telur," papar dr.Handrawan. Pantang mengonsumsi daging bukan saja gagal membendung hipertensi, tapi juga berakibat tubuh kekurangan vitamin B12 dan zat besi. Dua zat gizi yang terkandung dalam daging.
